"Coaching with a difference"

We were founded on a need to serve the underprivileged and the community at large via the interaction and inherent harmony in team sports. Over our 15 years of service we have included netball, soccer and special needs schools as part of our programs.

DURBAN AFRICA SPORTS CLUB

Durban Africa Sports club was founded on a need to serve the underprivileged and the community at large via the interaction and inherent harmony in team sports. At this point the club is focused on soccer development with plans to increase its portfolio of sporting codes over the next few years.

VISION FOR 2025 & BEYOND

Durban Africa Sports Club is an NPO registered and affiliated with SAFA Chatsworth as an associate member, Chatsworth Netball Union, Metro Ethekwini Netball, and working with CADSSA Schools Development, is making an earnest appeal.

We kindly request the support of DSAC, KZN Sports Confederation, Parks and Recreation Department, Kharwastan Civic, and KSU to assist in the restoration and renovation of the Penguin Street Complex. This includes:

  • Upgrading the changerooms
  • Renovating the netball courts
  • Improving the fencing
  • Enhancing security

These upgrades are essential for continuing our Schools Development Program in soccer, netball, and volleyball for 2025.

We also appeal to corporate companies, business houses, and individuals within the greater Chatsworth area to help us rebuild this complex and restore it to its original state.

The Durban African Sports Club envisions converting this complex into a Development Sport Hub for schools.

For further information, please contact:

We look forward to your support in this endeavor. Together, we can ensure:

"A child in sport is a child out of court."
